Transformation Project Officer

The ideal person for this role will have extensive experience as a Project Officer in bank and/or financial industry and lead multiple Scrum teams, and in addition:

  • Review and monitor progress in projects and ensure a transparency in performed reporting.

  • Ensure the project adheres to Risk frameworks, Accounting Guidelines and methodologies.

  • Establish, monitor and coordinate required project reporting.

  • Work with the Head of change and delivery leads to ensure the program adheres to Program Execution, Project Execution, Program/ Project Governance, Change Management and Risk frameworks. 

  • Provide resp. for change with financial data to required Steering Committee reporting.

  • Implement the necessary program registers to track decisions, achievements and action items, along with requisition and invoice approvals.

It would be highly desirable if you had worked within a consultancy and/or have experience as a Project Officer delivering major projects in a large organization in banking and/or financial industry.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Mathematics or Economics/Finance or similar relevant field and 7 years of relevant working experience supplemented with associated certification/-s e.g., PMP, SAFE SPC, IPMA B, or PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner).

This role will initially be working extensively from home due to the current Covid restrictions, however when some normality resumes this role can be based out of either Oslo, Bergen, Helsinki or Stockholm.
