Transformation Scrum Master
The ideal person for this role will have extensive experience as a SCRUM Master in bank and/or financial industry and lead multiple Scrum teams, and in addition:

Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies including team-based release planning.

Facilitate estimation of delivery effort to drive prioritisation planning.

Remove team and external impediments to ensure the team deliver on commitments.

Continual refinement and improvements to scrum and change processes.

Coordinate and communicate with streams and stakeholders on all aspects of change.

Measuring progress and monitoring performance.

Support customers and sharing techniques to facilitate effective backlog management.

It would be highly desirable if you had worked within a consultancy and/or have experience as a SCRUM Master delivering major projects in a large organization.
​
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar relevant field and 7 years of relevant working experience supplemented with associated certification/-s.
​
This role will initially be working extensively from home due to the current Covid restrictions, however when some normality resumes this role can be based out of either Oslo, Bergen, Helsinki or Stockholm.
