The ideal person for this role will have an extensive knowledge and proven experience as test manager in bank and/or financial industry, and in addition:

• Act as a professional resource and offer your expertise in your field to stakeholders.

• Define strategy and execute required tests in accordance to agreed delivery plan.

• Define all internal testing milestones as well as to align with external milestones.

• Being able to manage a team of test managers/testers in accordance with delivery plan.

• Maintain standards for quality on the basis of criticality and priority for project.

• Perform test reporting progress on a regular basis to management.

It would be highly desirable if you had worked within a consultancy and/or have experience as a Test Manager delivering major projects in a large organization.

​

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant working experience.

​

This role will initially be working extensively from home due to the current Covid restrictions, however when some normality resumes this role can be based out of either Oslo, Bergen, Helsinki or Stockholm.
